You built an agency around other people's talent. Now you are the one who signs the checks, leads the team, protects the relationships and keeps the calendar full.

It is a business job and a people job at the same time, and it rarely gives you a quiet hour to think about where the agency is going. Coaching gives you that hour, on purpose.

Challenges
What you are up against

The challenges

Owner and operator

You still book shows and close deals while also running payroll, hiring and strategy.

A relationship business

Your reputation rides on every artist, buyer and partner relationship, every day.

Feast or famine

Seasonal swings, cancellations and cash flow test your nerves and your planning.

A team you can trust

Hiring, delegating and letting your agents develop their own style without losing what makes the agency yours.

How coaching helps

Where we focus

Coaching is not advice from the sidelines. I ask the questions that help you see your situation clearly, then we turn what you find into action. Here is where my work with clients like you often goes.

  • Direction for the agency. Step out of the day to day long enough to set a clear vision and priorities.
  • Delegate with confidence. Decide what only you can do and build the trust to hand off the rest.
  • Stronger communication. Have clearer conversations with your team, your talent and your buyers.
  • Clear calls under pressure. Make sound decisions when the market shifts or a big date falls through.
  • Protect your health. Build a pace that lets you run the business instead of the business running you.
Process
How it works

Working together

1

30 minute consultation

We get to know each other and decide together whether we are the right fit.

2

Agreements

We sign a simple agreement that sets out how we work, what to expect and payment.

3

Background

You fill out a short form about where you are now and what you want from coaching.

4

Assessments

If you have DiSC or 360 results, we review them together. I can also run these assessments for you.

5

Regular sessions

We meet on Zoom for 45 to 60 minutes. I suggest two sessions a month, but the rhythm is up to you.

6

Check-ins and iteration

After sessions you get follow-up questions, observations and learning ideas. We revisit progress and adjust as you grow.

Most engagements run four to six months and evolve with your needs. I follow the standards of the International Coaching Federation. If your leadership team wants to work together, group coaching is also an option.
